Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations, or you will be charged for 50% of the service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. ****Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.**** If you cancel less than 24 hrs before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s). “NO SHOW/NO CALL” will be charged 100% of the ticket total for that missed appointment. Deposits are required for every appointment and are non-refundable. If you cancel an appointment you have one month to reschedule and use that deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
